During the session, participants use musical instruments such as ocean drums, tongue drums, frame drums, Koshi chimes, rainsticks, and shakers to express through sound whatever creates resistance in their lives. This creative process offers a safe, non-judgmental space for self-expression, where participants can explore and communicate their inner experiences without fear of exposure or criticism.
